Over 20 years, she’s dedicated herself to fitness as a Personal Trainer and group class instructor. Ariel, a dancer with a degree in Classical Ballet from the São Paulo Theatre, combines over 11 years of teaching experience with a background in Pedagogy and Sports. Joshua Norris-Ongso, a Physiotherapist with 20+ years of experience, founded S3 Barre and S3 Studios in Australia. Formerly a dancer, theatre performer, and aerobics gymnast representing Indonesia, he transitioned to elite-level Physiotherapy and sports training. Joshua advocates movement for all, specializing in women’s health, pre and postnatal care, and sports injuries, ensuring classes are both informative and enjoyable.

Maria’s dance journey began at the esteemed ADCS academy, where she completed professional training. International experience followed, touring with prestigious companies like CeDeCe and North Dance Company. Born in Macau, raised in Portugal, Margarida’s love for ballet began young. At 15, she moved to Switzerland for professional ballet training. In 2020, she returned to Portugal to join Dança em Diálogos. There, she dances a varied repertoire and teaches ballet masterclasses. Always learning, Margarida is now pursuing Pilates teacher certification.

In June 2023 she finished a Somatic Coach Training.

Lua Carreira, a Portuguese dancer, co-founder of EmFim- Associação do Artista, and artist member of ZABRA, an experimental movement bridging art, technology, and science in Lisbon. Her recent premieres include pieces like “Unmanned Space Probe”, “SAL”, and “Ethereal Scent”. Lua’s creative journey unfolds through multidisciplinary exploration, deconstructing the performative body with new technologies. Since 2022, she has been a resident artist at Desvio space, shaping her captivating performances. 

Florence is a Franco-Portuguese choreographer and professional dancer. Trained in Paris, she excels in Modern-Jazz, Contemporary, and Hip-Hop styles. From TV shows in France to dancing alongside Ricky Martin, Florence’s global journey includes Lebanon, Morocco, Venezuela, and Mexico. As an accomplished choreographer, she collaborates with renowned names like The Russo Brothers, Amir, and Zazie. Passionate and dynamic, Florence infuses a little “je ne sais quoi” into your day.

Morgane, a Franco-Portuguese Pilates teacher, discovered Pilates in 2016 after experiencing two pneumothorax incidents. She created her own personalized program combining Pilates and muscle strengthening. Morgane is a certified instructor from the esteemed BASI MTTC academy. Since 2022, she has taught in both French and English, including classes in Spain, Croatia, and prestigious hotels in Saint-Tropez, France.
