Meet Isa

The co-founder and director of the West Side Studio Pilates program. She is a former PR Manager for Converse in the Paris office, but has been passionate for Fitness and Wellness since she can remember. It wasn’t until she discovered Pilates Reformer in Paris, after the birth of her second child, that she became obsessed with its transformative power.

Soon after, she became a certified fitness trainer just before relocating to Lisbon to complete her 300-hour Classical Pilates Certification. Inspired by dynamic collective reformer classes in Sydney and Byron Bay, Australia, Isa created all of the WSS signature reformer classes. Embrace this unique workout that blends classical Pilates techniques with challenging fitness moves, sculpting your body, improving your posture and revitalizing your energy at West Side Studio.
